Sensitive documents, including copies of Emirates IDs, are never shared publicly.

When you list or manage a property on Akarat.com, we collect specific details to ensure your listing is
complete, accurate, and compliant.

A Trakheesi license is a mandatory permit issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) through RERA, regulating
all real estate advertising in Dubai. It ensures that property advertisements are legitimate, traceable, and

verify authenticity, improve search accuracy, and ensure advertising compliance in the UAE.
