How Akarat Works

Fill in essential details including your name, agency information, location, DED registration, ORN, national ID, contact numbers, services, about the agency, address, and upload your company logo and license.

Complete the CAPTCHA and accept the Terms & Conditions to verify your registration. Once submitted, our team will review your information, and upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email. After logging in, you can start managing agents and property listings through the Akarat Maestro dashboard.

Agencies can manage agent profiles (add, edit, remove) and change agent status (Active/Inactive). New agent registrations trigger a dashboard notification and confirmation email to the agency. Agencies can create, update, edit, or delete property listings, manage listing status, and receive client enquiries. They can also apply the Akarat watermark to listings. An agency is considered active and visible on Akarat once it has at least one agent and one active property listing.

Select your emirate and provide your Agent License Number. The system verifies your license against the DLD database in real-time. If the license is valid, verification succeeds, and the Agent Name and Agency Name are auto-filled. If invalid, verification fails, and you will be prompted to provide the correct number. Fill in remaining details including contact information and upload a professional agent photo.

Complete CAPTCHA verification and accept the Terms & Conditions. Your agency administrator will review your request. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email from your Agency. Once activated, you can manage listings and start using Akarat Maestro.

Once registered, the agency must verify and activate the account. Only after activation can the agent log in to the Akarat Maestro dashboard. Once activated, an agent can: Create and publish property listings, Update profile and property details, Respond to client inquiries promptly, Monitor listing performance and analytics. An agent is considered active and visible on Akarat only if they have at least one active property listing.
