This ensures you have all the essential information before reaching out to an agent. If you are interested in a property, you can send enquiries directly to the assigned agent through email. Akarat also allows you to connect instantly via phone or WhatsApp, making communication quick and convenient. Guest users also have access to the full agent and agency directory, where you can review agent profiles, check their active listings, and verify their professional presence on the platform. Whenever required, you can reach out to Akarat Support for help with navigating the platform, understanding property details, or resolving any general queries—without needing to sign up.

Registered Users

Registered users gain access to a personalised and more powerful property-search experience on Akarat. By signing up, users can save their favourite properties, making it easy to revisit and compare listings at any time. They can also set up customised property alerts based on their preferred location, budget, and property type, ensuring they receive immediate notifications when new matching listings are published. In addition to personalised alerts, registered users receive real-time updates for all matching properties that fit their search criteria. System Structure

Within the Akarat system, each role functions with a clear structure to ensure smooth operations. Agencies hold full control over managing their team, creating and approving agent accounts, and overseeing all property listings published under their name. Agents, who operate under these agencies, can manage listings and enquiries but require approval before becoming active on the platform. Meanwhile, Users interact with agents and agencies through multiple channels, including enquiries, direct calls, and WhatsApp, allowing for seamless and efficient communication throughout the property search and transaction process.

Agency Responsibilities

Agencies hold full administrative control within the Akarat platform, ensuring that their operations run smoothly and efficiently. They are responsible for approving, managing, or removing agent accounts, as well as overseeing all property listings published under their agency. This includes the ability to create, edit, or delete listings, adjust their visibility status—such as Active, Inactive, or Featured—and ensure that each property meets platform guidelines. Agencies also receive real-time enquiries from users across multiple channels, enabling quick responses and higher engagement. Additionally, they can apply the official Akarat image watermark to maintain branding consistency. To remain visible on the platform, every agency must maintain at least one active agent and one active property listing.
